Show your support and let your imagination run (or walk)
wild! We encourage you to show your individuality – carry
signs, wear costumes or just be “normal.” Let’s all have a
great time while we walk for a great cause.

Form a Community Wine Walk Team
This important event is even more special when shared with your
friends, family and co-workers.

Team registrations must be mailed in together with registration fees
in the amount of $35 per team member. Please include a team
roster and indicate who your team captain is.

Each walker will receive:
- Snack
- Event souvenir wine glass

If individuals on your team would like to participate in our Pledge
Contest you can mail your pledges with your team registration or
turn your pledge funds in on Walk Day.

Walk as an Individual
Anyone can join us and show their support for the cause! It is not
necessary to be a part of a team to be a part of the Wine Walk for
Women’s Health.

It's easy to participate. Just download and complete the registration
form below and mail with payment by August 31st. Due to the
popularity of this event no event-day registration will be provided.

Registration includes a snack and event souvenir wine glass.

Sponsor a Wine Walk Team
We encourage all Sponsors to form their own teams and walk for
our cause. All five levels of Sponsorship entitle you to form a team
at no additional cost.

Ask your team to promote your business by wearing your company
T-Shirt. Many companies have made this event an annual tradition
with a different theme every year!
